This seminar is part of our programme to promote ‘new voices' which aims to empower the unheard or marginalised. The EHRC West Midlands Regional Office is pleased to announce a series of seminars on specific issues within the new integrated equalities landscape which will provide an invaluable interface for policy discussion, debate and networking.
The seminars are designed to bring, policy makers, community practitioners, academic researchers to explore how each might contribute to the other's work and to alert decision makers to the emerging issues that they have to deal with in the course of their daily work, and to provide theoretical insights, critical distancing, and up-to-date evidence to inform policy and practice.
A detailed seminar report will be produced and distributed to all participants free of charge.
