The VCS Matters Strategy Group was formed in May 2007 to give a strategic lead to the work programme.  It is open to all voluntary and community organisations working with children and young people in Birmingham.  An average of 32 people have participated in the 11 meetings so far, with around half of participants at each meeting attending for the first time.  85 organisations have been represented at least once.
