Increasingly commissioners of services for children and young people are moving towards adopting an outcomes-based approach when planning and allocating resources. Developing an outcomes-based approach involves changes in the culture, vision and work of all organisations providing services for children and young people, including those provided by the third sector.

Social Media Surgery
It’s the anniversary of the first Birmingham Social Media surgery, designed to help voluntary and community groups in Birmingham make the most of social media and the web.
To mark the occasion we will be hosting our usual Social Media Surgery session at the Fazeley Studios, Digbeth.
