St. Paul's Community Development Trust is currently offering Voluntary and Community Organisations support on developing their structures and systems to increase their chances of securing funding.
Our Development Worker will work with your organisation by completing a Health Check form to identify tailored support, which will be implemented through ongoing sessions to ensure your organisation is progressing towards sustainability and making better use of internal resources in these challenging times.
Vetting & Barring scheme halted

The Home Secretary, Theresa May, has today (15th June 2010) issued a statement to the House of Commons which confirms the stated intention of the coalition Government to review the Vetting & Barring and criminal records regimes to ensure that they are scaled back to common sense levels.

BIRMINGHAM PLAYBUILDER PROGRAMME 2009-11 - Phase 2 UPDATE
Given that there was a short timescale in Phase 1, and most of the sites selected were based on Constituency recommendations, it was agreed that this year the process should involve the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) at an earlier stage. In order to facilitate this VCS Matters agreed to support the process and help to engage VCS organisations, inviting them to attend a workshop briefing held at BVSC, Digbeth and to submit proposals for sites. Constituencies were also approached.
