Extensive information on February half term activities and playschemes has been compiled by the Family Information Service (FIS): the 21-page 'Fun in Brum. February Half Term Activities 2010' is now available below.

Please note that some activities are only available to children and young people living in specific areas. Please contact activity organisers to check availability.

This list is for information only and it is up to the parent/carer to decide what is most appropriate for their child. Birmingham City Council has not vetted any of the organisations listed, nor does it recommend or endorse any of them.

For information about February holiday playschemes contact the Family Information Service for local lists on 0121 303 3521 or e-mail: familyinformation@birmingham.gov.uk

Also available is Fun in Brum Short Breaks for Disabled Children and their Families, produced by the Family Information Service.  This Directory is primarily intended for parents of disabled children and young people and will also be valuable for professionals and staff working with disabled children and families.  It pulls together information about short breaks, other activities and support services – the emphasis is on disabled children and young people having opportunities to have fun, lead fulfilling lives and have access to play, leisure, sport and youth activities in the same way as non-disabled children.
