With the Children & Young Persons Bill set to become law, children in care are once more in the spotlight. Life after care: how to improve services and outcomes for care leavers is a free half-day seminar, organised by Children & Young People Now in conjunction with QA Research and National Care Leavers' Week, which will explore the gaps that remain in services for care leavers, often leaving them vulnerable and struggling to cope. Based on brand new research, this seminar considers the views of care leavers themselves on how services and support could be improved. | ||
