A half-day conference organised by NAVCA and RAWM at the Deaf Cultural Centre to help voluntary and community organisations understand the policy environment around equalities and diversity, and engage in local, regional and national decision-making so that their work brings about real change

An event for policy workers, development workers, CEO's and trustees who hold responsibilities for equality and diversity work in their organisation.
The conference will:
• Help you to make sense of the policy environment, involving the equalities and diversity agenda
• Equip you with the skills and confidence to engage in policy work and campaigning on issues of equality and diversity
• Help you network and encourage increased collaboration on policy and campaigning across the sector.
The event will include two NAVCA workshops, covering the Equalities Bill and Equalities Impact Assessment.
