What will we be doing?

We will concentrate on demonstrating value for money and assessing the impact that good grant management has on our organisation.   By the end of the workshop you will have a format for a three-year budget for your organisation and understand where project budgets and funding budgets fit in

We will also demystify some of the jargon around financial management.

We can provide one to one support after the workshop to help you prepare for writing a bid, project management, producing a fundraising strategy or strategic plan.
