Comic Relief operates a number of grant schemes through its Red Nose Days funding programme.  Grants are available through 6 programme areas. These are:

• Young people
• Older People
• Mental Health
• Refugees & Asylum Seekers
• Domestic Violence
• Disadvantaged Communities.

The grants programme is open to registered charities and constituted community and voluntary  groups and grants are made for between one and three years.  Although  there is no maximum grant size Comic Relief are likely to make grants of between £15,000 and £40,000 per year.  For grants under £5,000 there is no deadline.
