SKILD training course for people who are new to supporting groups, or revisiting the job after time away.  This day focuses on:
• the role of the development worker
• working hands-on with groups
• safety nets for development workers
• ethical issues of development work
• where to get further support

SKILD one-day courses are designed for people who give hands-on support to third
sector groups. They will give you:
• knowledge - up to date information about relevant topics
• skills - how to effectively get this information across to groups
