The 'Change for Children: The VCS Matters - One Year On' conference was held on 28 March 2007 for Birmingham voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations working with children and young people and brought together over 100 participants.  The final report can be downloaded below in pdf format.  Other documents include a report on progress during the previous year, a pre-conference policy briefing by Jon Fox (BVSC), and an overview of Children's Trust arrangements in Birmingham.
